Latin Cardio Blast ** (Mon 6:30-7:50 pm) Dance Based Cardio makes Exercise Fun! Burn calories, increase your stamina and increase strength using dance based exercises to Latin rhythms. This is a cardio blast workout, so bring a towel and water.
Social Ballroom Dance
These classes focus on learning basic rhythms, footwork and partnering skills for each style.
